HandBookLive is making small businesses our corporate "social cause" by offering our signature
"HandBookLive Small Business Grant program".
HandBookLive has donated product video production services to four emerging growth companies in 2009.
The grant recipients received a complete 3 chapter video production package, including scripting, filming, voice over and editing. The finished videos were posted on HandBookLive.com.
Applicants were chosen based on the company’s history, product purpose and financial circumstances. Only businesses that are self-financed or VC-funded but still in need were considered.
2009 grant recipients were Davom Product (Q4) -maker of ProLock safety lock for propane tanks, Wireless Environment (Q3) - manufacturer of MrBeams Security spotlight, GoFoodoogle.com (Q2)- online menu search and food ordering website, and medical device manufacturer Strapparatus (Q1).
